La Licina
Staying at La Licina is like staying in an ancient Umbrian hamlet, with two separate and independent buildings divided by an alleyway with views towards the surrounding countryside. In the oldest of the two buildings, where the owners live, there is a small private chapel dating back to 1699.The property is surrounded by four hectares of olive groves, as well as oak and hazel trees under which truffles grow. Only two kilometers from La Licina is the city of Spoleto. Its very ancient history and the importance of its monuments, from both the early Middle Ages and the Renaissance, make it one of the main Umbrian touristic attractions.
Two independent apts, with outdoor space, swimmingpool, laundry room, Wi-Fi.
