Biou is situated in La Sauvetat sur Lede in South West France. It is equal distance between Villeneuve sur Lot and Monflanquin (10 mins drive from both). The area is renowned for it's fine wines and Fois Gras. These must be tasted. Biou is surrounded by farmland. It has a plum orchard at the back of the property and a designated horse walk.

The house

Biou is over 200 years old and steeped in history. In the 2nd world war it was commandeered by the Germans for use by their officers. It is situated in an elevated position giving lovely views of the surrounding area. Biou is approached by a private driveway which has a double gated entrance half way up, which leads onto a parking area for 5 cars.
