The Cottage at Saleix is a 17th century house that has been lovingly restored to incorporate all the original features with luxurious modern living. It is set in a small, and beautiful, hamlet in the depths of the Xaintrie in the department of the Correze, South West France. The views are dramatic and soft, with rounded hills and acutely sloping fields.

The house itself has been brought back to life with soft colours, comfortable furniture and a contemporary style that embraces the old while discreetly offering 21st century comforts. There are three luxurious bedrooms: two have kingsize beds and the third has two singles which can be connected to make, again a kingsize. Cotton bedding and large fluffy towels are provided (including swimming towels). There are also two good camp-beds. For very small children we have a travel cot, and various other necessities, please enquire to save yourselves some luggage space.
