It is Christmas time everybody! We truly hope that by now everyone of you could catch a glance of the joy and excitement originating from this wonderful time of the year. Especially considering the current situation, it is very important to share some love and cherish every moment you have with your loved ones. And hey – who doesn’t love decorating the place and getting those Christmas vibes, right?

If, however, you didn’t quite have the chance to get into the mood yet, do not worry, we might have a little something for you. Are you ready?

Just like every year, even if you would try to actually resist, eventually you will find yourself dancing at your place while whistling “Last Christmas” or “All I Want For Christmas Is You”. It is just too catchy, isn’t it? Christmas music is about as essential to get into the Christmas vibe as the lovely smell of freshly baked biscuits or panicking about last minute presents. But, in all honestly, as much as we love a dear classic or its retakes (I am looking at you, Michael Bublé) – why not spicing up your Christmas playlist with some “new” songs? After all, we at Vinokilo want to bring you #THENEWNEW. We promise you that those 4 songs will get you into a joyful mood, prepare you for the upcoming holidays and give you something to dance to while wrapping up your presents. There you go!

⚡️ [Sister Sledge – We Are Family] ⚡️

Christmas is about sharing a moment with your loved ones – particularly your family. What better song could there be to embrace it?

⚡️ [Kool and the Gang – Celebration] ⚡️

After all the challenges 2020 confronted us with, we are probably all in need for a moment of happiness. Call your friends via Zoom or Facetime, put on this song and vibe into the holidays!

⚡️ [Four Seasons – December 1963 (Oh, What a Night)] ⚡️

Our favourite season? Christmas season! 🎄

⚡️ [Kool and the Gang – Cherish] ⚡️

Last but not least – a song to remind us that we should appreciate what we have. Put on your favourite cozy jumper and turn on the Christmas lights in order to enjoy a calm moment and be grateful.

Of course, this is just supposed to be an inspiration. What about your favourite songs? Which songs or playlists get you into the holiday mood? Feel free to share them with us on Instagram, we would love to vibe with you together! Oh and by the way, did you have a look at our DIY guide on wrap presents using silk scarves? If not, be sure to check it out here, it is inspired by a Japanese wrapping technique 🎁.
