Pranchal is the founder of Narangidevi which provides up-cycled fashion items. She is a designer, a creator, an entrepreneur. She is also our collaborator, check our up-cycled jewellery collection to see her amazing work.
Here is our interview with her:
What do you want to share with the world?
The idea is to reclaim and redefine self-identity through exploration and acceptance of your roots. We believe in creating a ‘Profit for All’ ecosystem that caters to the heritage of Indian craftsmanship while restoring and promoting cultural intellectual property. While Narangidevi seeks inspiration from her culture and it’s nuances in India, it is an initiative of the ever so necessary shift in consumption. Using textile waste and training women to tailor exquisite pieces from them is what adds value to the product. We work towards building this narrative that focuses on community building, inclusivity, artisans intergenerational mobility in our immediate spaces, and then to extend our values and products internationally. One such collaboration has been with your very own Vinokilo. #THENEWNEW.
