MEET MARGOT & RITA

Margot is the grandma of our founder, Robin, and Rita is one of her best friends of all times.

Here is our interview with her done by Neil, also Margot’s grandson, Robin’s brother:

What would you like us to write on Instagram Oma?

You can say that here on the picture I am with my dear friend Rita. I recently received 3 sacks of 90s-clothes from her filled with wonderful pieces, pants and skirts. They look like in a dream and I want to give them to my grandsons Robin and Neil and all of their friends at Vinokilo. ‘Ohh’ and also say that when Robin founded Vinokilo, it all started in my garage here in Bodenheim where all clothes were stowed in sacks and I took them and ironed them.

Now it’s become a company with a huge warehouse and I still come for ironing. It is especially great to see so many people from different countries at Vinokilo and how they work together to make everything function. As a grandmother that makes me very proud and happy at the same time.
